I clipped a deer with my 1-year-old truck and had some relatively "minor" front-end damage. I found Wilniq after reading reviews and checking out their website and operating philosophy. (As someone who once worked in the automotive repair industry - I can't stress how important honesty is with this type of work.) I gave them a try and so happy I did. Here's why: instead of telling me all of the broken parts that just need to be replaced, they actually put the effort in REPAIRING pieces - even the plastic ones - to keep the cost low. It actually felt more like having a consultant giving me options ("you can replace the whole headlight for $2000, but you may be better off filling the crack with a clear epoxy and only replacing if that fails in a few years"). I appreciated that - having them advocate for whatever works for me rather than me having to advocate for myself against their interests. I will be bringing my cars in the future and recommending to my family and friends.

Excellent customer service. Fixed a driver side mirror for a very reasonable price. Surprisingly vacuum the entire car when they were done. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First thing I'm going to say is that I LOVE that this place is woman owned!! Monica was amazing! Her techs were too! I have never had such a pleasant and warming autobody shop visit EVERRR! I will definitely be returning to them for my work! Today's visit was rims and tires. Atmosphere 😁😁😁😁😁 Service😁😁😁😁😁 Friendliness 😁😁😁😁😁 Cleanliness😁😁😁😁😁

I’ve only had one good mechanic in the past. The rest were either just ok or honestly gave me the worst experiences. So since I moved to Maryland I was nervous about going to a mechanic. I think we all know how a good bit of mechanics don’t really care about the car or their clients. But this shop was different!!! While I had a lot more issues than expected, it wasn’t like they just told me the issues and left it at that. They told me about the issues, they then took me to my car in the shop and showed me the good and the bad inside and around my car. They then proceeded to educate me on how to better take care of things I had no clue about lol so that the things they fixed and didn’t have to fix could last long. They washed my car, they detailed it…. Can I say family!!! Love!!! I have a solid mechanic now and I won’t be going anywhere else.

So I would consider myself a handy kid, I worked for years to get my hands on my dream truck at 2010 RED ford ranger 4wd and it turns out the used car lot I bought it from is living up to their expectations from a coolant leak to a plethora of other repairs Ive been working through since I bought it. Recently I had overheated brakes so I replaced the rear rotors as I determined them to be past minimum thickness. They were fine for a few weeks until I ran into overheating again. This let me to look for a professional opinion I headed into this shop and within a few moments I was beyond impressed. From the quick service to the chance to see my truck inspected on the lift (and actually go in the shop!) I was beyond thankful for the expertise. I then left it in the shop to get a quote on the replacement of the bad calipers. While I couldn’t personally justify the price I think it was beyond fair as nowadays the whole world is just crazy expensive. Im thankful I have the ability to make these repairs myself yet without this shop I could have never determine the true problem on my own.
